The City of Chicago and the League of Chicago Theatres have designated 2019 as the Year of Chicago Theatre. The Theatre School at DePaul University is pleased to announce that submissions are now being accepted for the Cunningham Commission for Youth Theatre. First Read Chicago 2019: Call for Submissions

First Read, a new play development workshop and readings series, seeks first drafts of plays by trans and non-binary theater artists.
