Space Available

The Jarvis Square Theater, located at 1439 W. Jarvis, has rental availability July and August of 2024, and November 2024 thru January 2025  for the Jarvis Square Theater. Email tony@theatreatl.org for rates and a tour. All other dates have been booked up that were previously available. The rental includes a 30-50 seat theater and a free week of tech rehearsals.

The PrideArts Center (PAC), located in Uptown, has daytime and night time rental availability throughout 2024.  Our black box theatre can seat up to 85, depending on the configuration of the audience platforms.  Rental includes use of our light and sound systems – both of which were upgraded last year.  For rates and more information, please email Michael at prideartstheatre@gmail.com.

Theatre Y, located at 3611 W Cermak Rd Chicago, Il 60623, is available to rent year-round. With an eclectic variety of mix-and-match spaces, our venue invites experimentation among and across creative disciplines, and offers unique, customizable audience experiences. Situated at the nexus of Chicago’s North Lawndale and Little Village (aka South Lawndale) neighborhoods, Theatre Y serves as a lively hub for unconventional and innovative work by both local and national artists who are committed to nurturing vibrant urban communities. Four-story industrial building perfect for hosting fundraisers, performances, classes/workshops, film screenings, auditions, photo/video shoots, gallery pop-ups, corporate events, vendor fairs, and more! Remy Bumppo Theatre Company’s Rehearsal Room is available to rent year round; Rental dates and times are subjected to availability, form is available on the website below; Address 3759 N Ravenswood Ave on the corner of Ravenswood and Grace St; 1300 sq feet of space, including 1000 sq ft main room, an entrance vestibule and a semi private area. Shattered Globe Theatre‘s Ravenswood rehearsal studio has rental availability throughout the year. Discounts are available for non-profits and long-term agreements. The Athenaeum Center in Lakeview has multiple performance, rehearsal, and office spaces available this year. Popular venues include our 985-seat Historic Main Stage proscenium theatre, Black Box Studios seating up to 87 people, and a brand new 200+ event space for pre- and post-show events that opens in August. Our services include a fully staffed venue for all performances: ticketing, box office, tech staff, ushers, concessions, and more depending on your needs. The Edge Theater is a performing arts rental venue dedicated to bringing an array of entertainment and arts experiences to Chicago’s Edgewater neighborhood. Located on the corner of Broadway and Catalpa, The Edge houses two performance spaces: The Edge Theater, a sleek 104-seat proscenium stage, and The Edge Off Broadway, an intimate 45-seat black box. Theater Wit has three black box theatres seating up to 98 patrons each. Theatre One and Two are proscenium spaces, Theatre Three is a flexible performance space. The Greenhouse Theater Center offers renters diverse options for productions of all sizes and scopes. Featuring five stages, a rehearsal room, a full bar, two lobbies, and new renovations. Learn more at https://www.greenhousetheater.org/rentals.

The Annoyance Theater has 6 studio classrooms to rent for rehearsals, meetings, and auditions. They may also be rented for commercial use (classes/workshops) at their commercial rates. Rehearsal and event space available at the Fine Arts Building. Available for rehearsals, workshops, audition hosting, classes, or small events, the Fine Arts Building’s Annex Studios are three unique and historic facilities that can accommodate the short term needs of your company or production. Madison Street Theater in Oak Park has rental space available. A 9000 square foot nonprofit performing arts facility houses a mainstage 192-seat theater with dressing room and lobby space,  a 40 seat Black Box theater with its own lobby space, 2 rehearsal rooms and a dance studio. Available for performances, rehearsals, auditions, workshops, classes or events. Hourly/Daily/Weekly rates are available. Ticketing, theater technicians, and bar/concessions are available.
