#ENOUGH: Plays to End Gun Violence (www.enoughplays.com) is new year-long initiative launched by Chicago director Michael Cotey for middle and high school students to use playwriting to spark conversations about gun violence in their community. Students in 6-12 write and submit short 10-minute plays about gun violence now until April 20, 2020. The Saints announce the opening of the 2020 Saints Arts Grants Program
The Saints invite and encourage theater, dance, and music organizations to apply for this grant assistance to be used for artistic development or production-related purposes. Some examples Saints Grant applicants can request funding for but are not limited to: costumes/puppetry, the commissioning or licensing of works, improvements to applicant-owned premises, community engagement and enrichment projects, or computer and technical items such as sound or lighting needs.
