For Development Staff from League Theatres
Join your fellow development staff from Chicago area performing arts companies for a drink and industry conversation. These informal gatherings encourage networking and resource-sharing between performing arts development professionals from organizations both large and small. This is a great opportunity to meet new development colleagues and to discuss topics such as: What types of support do you need from your industry peers? What are challenges you are facing, both pre and post-pandemic? What are others in the industry hearing about changes at foundations and new sources of funding? What are the latest trends and tools in the development field? Kick off this upcoming season with some appetizers and a first round on us at Front Bar, located in the Steppenwolf Theatre Company building.
Front Bar is located on the first floor of 1700 N. Halsted near the corner of Halsted and North Avenue, 1 block from the North Avenue Red Line Stop and directly on the Halsted Street Bus Route (8). Parking is available in the parking lot next to Front Bar, the parking may be free, but it might also cost $15 (this is depending on whether or not a ticketed event is scheduled at the theatre between now and then).
