One storefront functions as the lobby/bar of the double storefront blackbox theater next door.
The theater comfortably seats 50, or the entire space can easily accommodate 150 people standing.
Conveniently located two blocks from the Western Brown Line, this Lincoln Square space has very easy access and plenty of free parking.
Amenities: Handicap Accessible, WiFi, Bar/Refrigerator, Natural Light in Lobby, Chairs, Public Transportation, Wardrobe Rack, ADA Complaint Restrooms.
Rules: Outside food and alcohol is permitted, however guests are responsible for any permits required to sell alcohol. No smoking inside. The walls of the lobby will have a pre-existing gallery display which must remain undisturbed. Lighting and Sound equipment in the theater can be available for use with arrangements made. All ages permitted.
