Thank you for renewing your League of Chicago Theaters Membership for another year.

As an active League member, you will have support with audience development, marketing, and professional development initiatives like chicagoplays.com, Hot Tix discount ticketing service, the Cooperative Advertising program, job & audition boards, industry trainings, grant opportunities, networking events, and more!

Renewal Timeline

League of Chicago Theatres membership cycles run on a calendar year basis. 

  • November 1 – November 30: 5% Off Early Bird Discount Period using promo code EARLYBIRD 
  • December 1 – January 15: Standard Renewal Period 
  • January 15: DEADLINE for ALL membership renewal payments 

If you are a NEW League member who joined after January 15, you will receive a prorated dues amount for your first renewal period.

Renewal Payment:

To renew your League membership for another year, login to your NEON member portal with your organization’s username or primary contact email. Select the red ‘Renew’ button in the top right corner of your dashboard and follow the steps to update your information and complete your order. 

Within the NEON payment form, you can also select the option for auto-renewal! This will automatically renew your membership by January 1 of each year. 

Annual dues are based on your organization’s current fiscal year budget. If your budget level has adjusted, please email membership@chicagoplays.com an updated copy of your 990 or comparable tax document to verify your new rate for annual dues.
