Cybersecurity and data privacy are not just issues facing large corporations and government institutions. Even non-profit arts organization are vulnerable to a variety of threats from malicious attacks to inadvertent disclosure of information. However, there are some basic steps no-profits can take to secure their organization, particularly with patron data and financial information. Please join us for a best practices workshop with David Saunders of Jenner & Block LLP to examine the potential risks and some simple solutions for theatres of all sizes.

David Saunders is a member of Jenner & Block’s Complex Commercial Litigation, Data Privacy and Cybersecurity, and Class Action Litigation Practices. He focuses his practice on a unique mixture of litigation and privacy matters. Using his litigation experience, Mr. Saunders assists clients large and small and across multiple industries with privacy counseling, compliance and incident response. He leads Jenner & Block’s data incident response practice, and has experience working with non-profits to identify cybersecurity risks and develop proactive plans to minimize those risks.
