On Wednesday, June 26, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., the League of Chicago Theatres is bringing back Customer Intervention and De-escalation expert, Myra Golden for our popular interactive virtual training. An expert on customer experiences and de-escalation, Myra will create a training designed for the current moment, that will help us build confidence around interacting with our audiences, and different people who come into our spaces, de-escalating unwanted situations, and other issues important to the public-facing staff members and artists in our community. This is the most comprehensive training for bringing down the temperature in interactions, redirecting conversations, and getting angry customers to back down!
