With immigration dominating headlines, artists are stepping up and educating the public about the implications of local, state, and national policies. How can creative communities influence immigration policy in Illinois, and what steps can they take to protect and promote cultural exchange and expression? Featured speakers include artists Joseph Josué Mora and Aram Han Sifuentes, with additional presenters to be announced.
General admission is free to current members of Arts Alliance Illinois; regular admission is $15.
