Thank you for taking time to complete the League of Chicago Theatre’s Annual Surveys.
The goal of these surveys is to gather data from our membership that will help us improve our advocacy efforts, communications with theatres, resource gathering, program building, and membership marketing strategies.
On behalf of your organization, please look through the following surveys to determine who in your organization is best suited to complete each section. We kindly ask that you complete and submit all applications by July 31, 2024.
If either of the surveys does not pertain to your organization, or if you do not have the department to support the pertinent data required for a survey, please disregard and complete the others.
