We are currently in the process of setting up several committees and would love to hear from League members that would be interested in hearing more about this opportunity. These committees include “Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion (EDI), “Programming,” and “Marketing & Audience Engagement.”

Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion (EDI)
- Chair(s): Dr. Marcus Robinson, Social Innovation Group Chicago
- Responsibilities include:
- Helping the LOCT better understand the current state of play in the justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion space amongst the league’s membership as a “pulse check” that is shared widely amongst League members.
- Helping the LOCT membership articulate a “true north” for the general direction of work we are pursuing with these tools to help to achieve the missions of our respective organizations.
- Continuing to cultivate new resources and relationships that can help League members maximize their opportunity to sustain winning and inclusive cultures that are exemplars of profoundly equitable, accessible, and radically inclusive theatre.
Programming

- Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing new program development.
- Monitoring and evaluating existing programs.
- Facilitating discussions about program priorities.
Marketing & Audience Engagement
- Chair(s): Ashlee Harris, Broadway in Chicago
- Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote and enhance Chicago theater as an art form and as an industry.
- Developing new strategies to promote the League’s mission, cause, and members.
- Exploring new ways to engage with all members’ patrons/audiences.
