The space is approximately 900 sq ft, evenly divided between office and rehearsal/meeting space. The space has its own heating/AC unit as well as a kitchenette. The office portion of the space can accommodate approximately 10 people. Rent and all utilities (electric, gas, internet) will be a monthly flat fee of $810.
