Neighborhood Opportunity Fund Grants

Applications Deadline is March 5
The Neighborhood Opportunity Fund (NOF) generates revenue from downtown developments to finance cultural projects that strengthen commercial corridors on the South, Southwest and West Sides. Grants support property owners and tenants who provide cultural experiences by providing funding for storefront build-out, façade repair, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, new construction, roofing repairs, etc. Please visit NeighborhoodOpportunityFund.com for more information. Cultural organizations and creative businesses interested in hearing more about NOF grants should join us for a free workshop on January 31, 11am-noon at the Chicago Cultural Center, 78 E Washington St. Reserve your spot for the workshop at rsvp@cityofchicago.org.
