Please join the League of Chicago Theatres and CIRCA Pintig for the next installment in our Cultural Conversations series in honor of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Heritage Month!
The event is Thursday, May 29 from 7pm-9pm at the Rizal Center, featuring a panel discussion moderated by Giovanni Ortega (CIRCA Pintig) and involving industry leaders: RJ Silva (CIRCA Pintig), Karissa Murrell Myers (Bramble Theatre Company), Mia Park (APIDA Arts), and Becca Nix Tham (Comedian).
There will also be a special pre-conversation workshop activity led by Emily Zhang of APIDA Arts, inviting participants to reflect on the unseen roles they carry, the joy they’ve turned into labor, and the quiet truths that shape their work.
Light bites and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided by CIRCA Pintig. There is a limited amount of free parking spots available in the Rizal Center’s parking lot. Street parking is available on Clark and Irving.
