Be the leader you’d want to follow. What qualities help you feel seen, heard, respected, and safe? In this interactive workshop led by actress and Inclusion and Belonging Consultant Tania Richard, leaders will explore what it takes to build a culture of belonging and opportunity. We’ll look into the factors that hinder inclusion and identify inclusive behaviors and best practices for effective communication. Light bites and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.
